We took part in the Missouri Landscape and Nursery Association Summer Field Day, co-hosted by the Landscape and Nursery Association of Greater St. Louis Thursday, July 14th at Shaw Nature Reserve in Gray Summit, Missouri. A number of green-industry vendors were on hand to share knowledge about their products, and guests were treated to tours of the Whitmire Wildflower Garden by Shaw Nature Reserve specialists Scott Woodbury and Cindy Gilberg. In the afternoon, a lunch featuring lavender-spiced lemonade, salad and dessert was provided at Winding Brook Estate lavender farm in Eureka, MO. Here are some scenes from the day.
